Every Vitality Recovery Dynamics order is packed by hand at our Sheridan workshop and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Our shipping and returns terms are designed to be transparent and customer-friendly — full legal terms are in our Terms of Service.

§ 01Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within one to two (1–2) business days from our Sheridan, Wyoming workshop. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. During promotional sales (Black Friday, end-of-season clearance), processing may extend to 3–4 business days — we will note this banner-style on the homepage.

§ 02Domestic Shipping Rates

We ship to all fifty (50) U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Standard shipping is free on every order over $75. Below that threshold, flat-rate options apply.

§ 03International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore. Additional countries are added periodically — if yours isn't listed at checkout, email support@vitalityrecoverydynamics.com and we'll see what we can do.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate. We are required to declare the full retail value of all items.
  • Transit time typically runs 7–21 business days depending on customs processing in the destination country.
  • Carriers include DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, and USPS International depending on destination.

§ 04Tracking & Delivery

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package still cannot be found within 48 hours, email us with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation.

§ 05Returns — The 30-Day Recovery Guarantee

We stand behind every roller, mallet, and mat we ship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs.

  • Email support@vitalityrecoverydynamics.com with your order number to begin. We will issue a return authorization (RA) and a prepaid return label within one business day.
  • Items must be in usable condition. Sanitary considerations apply to acupressure mats and pillows — they may be returned but must be clean and undamaged.
  • Final-sale items, gift cards, and clearance bundles are not eligible for return.
  • International returns: customers are responsible for return shipping; we provide an RA and instructions.

§ 06Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

§ 07Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the new item without waiting for the return to be processed first.

§ 08Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipment required for clearly damaged items.
